Helix water bills can be paid for at 7-Eleven stores

Helix Water District has partnered with electronic funds transfer network PayNearMe so district customers will be able to pay water bills with cash at most 7-Eleven convenience stores. The program allows cash payments without requiring a trip to the water district’s administration office in La Mesa, a boon for customers of the 50-square mile district, which encompasses La Mesa, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley and part of unincorporated El Cajon.
